The leaves have started changing colors and falling from the trees. It’s so pretty, and one of my favorite times of year. We’ve been lovin’ the cool breeze blowing through our windows every afternoon for the last few days.

Today, I’m sharing a great recipe for your holiday celebrations using delicious fall apples. YUM! (Or, you could make this pie now with a big heaping scoop of vanilla ice cream. You know, as a “trial” for your holiday baking.)

This pie is exquisite. I love it that you don’t ask us to make our own crust. The prepared ones taste and bake so good and I really don’t want to have to conquer that frontier!
