Butterscotch Toffee Bars

Holiday baking is now in full swing at our house. Here’s a quick and simple recipe that’s oh-so-yummy! These Butterscotch Toffee Bars are great for holiday parties!

Butterscotch Toffee Bars

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Yield: 16 bars

Butterscotch Toffee Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (17 oz) box Krusteaz Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
  • 1 cup butterscotch morsels
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9x9-inch square pan.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together butter, egg, and cookie mix according to package directions.
  4. Press dough into prepared pan.
  5. Sprinkle butterscotch morsels and toffee bits over dough.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are golden.
  7. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
