Happy Monday, Y’all!
A great way to start the morning…homemade baked Carrot Cake Donuts. YUM!
I recently got this nifty donut pan, and I tried it out this morning.
I was surprised how easy it was to make these! I filled a quart-sized plastic bag with the batter and cut a small hole to pipe the donuts in the pan without getting any batter in the center.
I even made them with a cake mix…so totally quick and easy for a great breakfast!
Yeah, that’s cream cheese icing! MMMMMmmmm!!!
