For Mother’s Day, I received a new breadmaker. I LOVE bread in general, but I wanted a breadmaker to make sandwich bread.
I now have homemade sandwich bread with no preservatives and only ingredients that I put in it! Fresh, yummy, homemade sandwich bread!
I used the King Arthur Flour recipe and set the breadmaker to the “Dough” setting. After an hour and a half when the dough was ready, I transferred it to a long sandwich bread pan (which is awesome!), let it rise for another 30 minutes, and baked it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. The bread turned out delicious (so much better than store-bought) and the perfect sandwich size!
I can’t wait to try the breadmaker out on my soft roll dough or homemade cinnamon rolls!
