Weekly Menu Plan: May 28th


Last week, Amy‘s post inspired me. I’ve been a little lackadaisical with my menu planning lately, so I figured I get back on the bandwagon this week. We have a lot going on over the next few months, and I HAVE to get organized. So, here’s the first of the many lists I’ll be making today…

This is our dinner menu for the week:

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Mini Meatloaves and baked potatoes

Wednesday: Baked Chicken using Kraft Fresh Takes (Have you tried these yet?), corn and green beans

Thursday: Crockpot Pork Ribs, Bacon Cheddar Scones, and salad

Friday: Chicken Salad Sandwiches using homemade sandwich bread

Saturday: Honey Garlic Pork Chops and Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Sunday: Leftovers
