Happy Wednesday, y’all!

I’ve always loved Kahlua. You probably already know that Kahlua makes a nice addition to any dessert, especially chocolate desserts, but did you also know that it’s great to pour a generous cup tablespoon over the top of a heaping bowl of ice cream? See, stick with me and you’ll learn something new every day.

In case you were wondering, it’s also totally acceptable to have that bowl of ice cream with Kahlua poured drizzled over the top at 10am when you are moving and have packed about as much as you can handle for one day without going insane because you only have one more day to completely move all of your belongings to a storage facility. Besides, you don’t want that ice cream to go to waste in the freezer that you have to clean out before you move, and after all, it IS 5 o’clock somewhere. Totally acceptable.

Now, back to the Kahlua and chocolate desserts…

I make this chocolate chip cake ALL the time, and I thought I’d just add some Kahlua to spice it up a bit. Guess what…It’s A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! So chocolatey and so moist and so Kahlua-ey and…you need this in your life.
