Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup toffee chips
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs.
- Add flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, salt and cinnamon until well combined.
- Press half the dough into prepared pan.
- Top with oats, dark chocolate chips, and toffee chips.
- Drop clumps of remaining dough over chocolate chip layer.
- Sprinkle semi sweet chips over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from oven and cool at least 10 minutes before slicing.
