Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 40 minutes

Yield: 24 bars

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup toffee chips
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  2. In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs.
  4. Add flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, salt and cinnamon until well combined.
  5. Press half the dough into prepared pan.
  6. Top with oats, dark chocolate chips, and toffee chips.
  7. Drop clumps of remaining dough over chocolate chip layer.
  8. Sprinkle semi sweet chips over the top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
  10. Remove from oven and cool at least 10 minutes before slicing.
