Banana Dark Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
3 bananas, mashed
1/3 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.
In bowl of stand mixer, combine bananas, butter, sugar, and egg. Mix well. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into 12 muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire racks before removing from pan.
