Butterscotch Blondies

Ingredients


1 box yellow cake mix

1/3 cup butter, softened

3 eggs

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp. vanilla

1 cup butterscotch chips

1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted




Directions


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch pan.


Combine cake mix, butter, and 1 egg in large mixing bowl. Beat until coarse crumbs form. Press into pan.


Bake 10-15 minutes.


In a medium bowl, beat condensed milk, vanilla, and remaining eggs.


Remove crumb mixture from oven and top with butterscotch chips. Pour condensed milk mixture over chips. Bake 25-30 minutes or until center is set. Remove from oven and cool.


Drizzle melted chocolate over the top before slicing into bars.
