Chocolate Drizzled Florentines

2/3 cup unsalted butter
2 cups quick oats
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 cup whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1-1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and add oats, sugar, flour, corn syrup, milk, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
Drop a tablespoon-full, three inches apart on baking sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden. Cool completely.
Melt chocolate in microwave-safe dish on 70% for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes, stirring at intervals. Drizzle chocolate over cookies or spread between two cookies to form sandwich.
