Coconut Brownie Cups

Ingredients
2-1/2 cups sweetened coconut
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (22 oz) box brownie mix, plus ingredients on box
1 (16 oz) tub milk chocolate frosting
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with 12 paper liners.
In a medium bowl, combine coconut and condensed milk. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix brownie mix according to package directions. Pour batter into muffin cups, about 2/3 full. Scoop tablespoonfuls of coconut mixture into balls and drop into center of brownie batter in each cup. Flatten slightly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until centers have risen and coconut is slightly toasted. Remove from oven and cool before icing with chocolate frosting.
