Easy Lemon Cookies

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box lemon instant pudding mix
1 (8 oz) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/3 cup powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, whipped topping, and egg until smooth and sticky.
Place powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls into powdered sugar and coat completely.
Place cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
